Like the 133+ million American, I too, face long-term medical adversity. If optimum health is not within reach, inner wellbeing is always available to us.. Suffering is optional and attitude is everything.
I invite you to join me on a journey... transforming illness into wholeness and inner wellness, in the midst of medical adversity thriving with peace and joy.

Our sweet & shy Havanese puppy-mill rescue sit in the local park and people-watch. I enjoy photography and reading the great books of the world. My best friend, Alex, and I have been married for 30 years. When my medical condition permits, we attend performances of dance, theater, and music.
We have lived on the vibrant East Coast of the US and in the visually stunning Rocky Mountain village of Vail Colorado. Currently, life’s journey has beckoned a move to Chicago, the alluring city along America’s Third Coast.
