You are not alone...and your situation is not hopeless!
Like the more than 133 million Americans facing long-term medical adversity, I am on a seemingly insurmountable journey, not of my own choosing. In the midst of our unimaginable medical challenges, you and I speak the same language of anxiety and angst, fear, and stress.
I feel extremely privileged to share with you many practical proven tools, which are indispensable and loyal support in my own thirty year medical odyssey through acute and chronic illnesses. The tools of wellbeing are here for each of us anytime we are ready to implement them, no matter our predicament.
I invite you to join me on a journey...transforming illness into a state of wholeness and inner wellness, thriving in the midst of medical adversity.

Our sweet & shy Havanese puppy-mill rescue and I enjoy people-watching in the local park. I enjoy photography and reading the great books of the world. I am happily married to my best friend, Alex, and together we attend many performances of dance, theater, and music. We have lived on the vibrant East Coast of the US and in the visually stunning Rocky Mountain village of Vail Colorado. Currently, life’s journey has beckoned a move to Chicago, the alluring city along America’s Third Coast.
